Established as M & M Partners LLC. Business purposes included the planning, development and sales of new apartment buildings and terrace houses (income condominiums, income apartments, etc.).
December 8th 2016
Head office is relocated to the 5th floor of Azabu Maruka Building, 8-2-2 Higashiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. In addition, the comapny's capital was increased to 10 million yen.

Residential land and building business license acquired.

Company renamed to Horie Development & Investment Co.,Ltd.

General construction licence obtained.
July 24th 2018
Company capital increaded to 20 million yen.
September 25th 2018
Obtained additional construction licence.
September 25th 2019
First-class architect office registration.
December 8th 2022
Open a branch office in Ekiminamimachi Houfu-shi Yamaguchi.
